This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of contempt of court.

The appellant, a prisoner in the Oregon State Penitentiary, appeared with his attorney in the court of the Honorable George A. Jones, circuit judge for Marion county, as plaintiff in a post conviction proceeding.
