This is an appeal from an order denying post-conviction relief sought under ORS 138.510 to 138.680. The prisoner is currently serving an enhanced sentence imposed upon him in Douglas County as an habitual criminal under what is now ORS 168.085 (3).

The prisoner has presented a number of issues, one of which concerns the validity of a 1955 conviction in Baker County for violating ORS 165...
