This is an action of trespass instituted in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff on August 6, 1959, while riding an allegedly defective motorcycle manufactured by one of the defendants, Harley-Davidson Motor Company,1 and sold and delivered to the plaintiff by the other defendant, Allegheny County Distributors...
