This is a bill in chancery seeking a restraining order and money damages. Findings of fact were made by the Chancellor and a decree was made in favor of the plaintiffs against the defendant, the Commercial Credit Corporation. The complaint against the defendant, Morris Rothberg, a deputy sheriff, was dismissed.
