This is the second appeal involving the claim by a beneficiary of a certain 20-year term life insurance policy. On a prior appeal, 33 N.J. 36 (1960), we remanded this cause for trial of the question whether the payment of the overdue premium was waived under the "TOTAL DISABILITY BENEFIT-WAIVER OF PREMIUMS" provision of the policy.
