This is an action for damages brought by Estil Orsbon against The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company as a result of a grade crossing accident which occurred September 3, 1958, at the crossing of State Route 596 and The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company track in Licking County, Ohio.
