In these cases, here consolidated, like questions are presented and the same relief is sought. They come before us on final hearing. By the facts stipulated and those of which we take judicial notice it clearly appears, and the Court finds, that the existing provisions of the Constitution and statutes of the State of Florida which relate to the apportionment for the nomination and election of the members of the Senate and House of Representatives...
