On April 26, 1954 this action, Equity No. 5388, was dismissed by the circuit court "without prejudice," after petitioners, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, had had a period of nearly three years in which to adduce further evidence that Chang Chong, the father of the plaintiffs and through whom they claim, was the same Chang Chong who formerly owned 250 shares of the stock of the respondent corporation...
