This matter is before us on certiorari to review a decision of the commissioner of the Department of Employment Security. The claimants are former employees of G.R. Herberger's, Inc., a department store formerly located in Hibbing, Minnesota. The appeal seeks to reverse the decision of the commissioner awarding unemployment compensation to the claimants. The employer asserts that they were disqualified from recovery within the provisions of Minn....
