Plaintiffs, W. Donald Johnson and Georgianna M. Johnson, brought this action against defendant, Herbert Orcutt, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Georgianna M. Johnson as the result of an automobile collision on State Route 84, approximately 24 miles northwest of Tucson.
