(Kulukundis Lines Inc.) and Michael Kulukundis have moved this court, pursuant to Rules 27 and 58 of the United States Supreme Court, Admiralty Rules, for an order dismissing the libel against them, based upon the alleged lack of admiralty jurisdiction of the subject matter set forth in the libel.
