In this case after the jury found a verdict in the plaintiff's favor, the defendant has asked the Court to grant a motion for judgment in accordance with its motion for a directed verdict, or in the alternative to grant it a new trial. The third party defendant has filed a motion for a new trial. The consideration of these motions is now before the Court.
