ARRAJ, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus; the Court having previously granted petitioner leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The petition was filed November 21, 1961, and on that date the Court entered its Order to show cause why the petition should not be granted.
