In this action brought by plaintiff to restrain defendants from carrying out an agreement whereby the defendant City of New York would furnish water to the defendant Rochdale Village, Inc., plaintiff now moves for a temporary injunction.

Plaintiff is a waterworks corporation organized in 1887 pursuant to chapter 737 of the Laws of 1873, and various acts amendatory thereof, to supply water to the Incorporated Village of Jamaica...
