This controversy arises out of the Act of Admission of the State of Wyoming to the Union on the Granting Act of July 10, 1890, 26 Stat. 222, and the Resurvey Acts of January 10, 1903, 32 Stat. 767, and May 29, 1908, 35 Stat. 465. The United States seeks to quiet title to lands described as Sections 16 and 36 in certain townships which it claims as public domain.
