This is a trespass-to-try title suit. The original parties-plaintiff were dismissed in the court below prior to trial, and the case proceeded to trial on the cross-action of Clyde B. Emerich et al. (appellees), against cross-defendant, Anna B. Ford (appellant), individually and as sole devisee and independent executrix of the estate of Julia May Anderson, deceased, and various other parties and their unknown heirs.
