The case before us involves the enforceability of an agreement for the sale of land.
The Warners, defendants below, were the owners of land in Berrien county, Michigan. It was surveyed (the survey being hereafter referred to as exhibit 2), divided into parcels 1, 2, and 3, and offered for sale.
