This is a bill in equity brought (see G.L.c. 111, § 187) by the board of health of Franklin1 (the board) and by the town of Franklin on May 5, 1959, to enjoin the defendants from using certain land for the purposes of a piggery and to require them to remove all pigs. The facts are stated as agreed by the parties.
