The judgments before us for review were awarded following a trial to the court of an action in which plaintiffs (defendants in error here) sought to recover from defendant (plaintiff in error) for the wrongful death of their daughter. The sum of $7,676.96 was awarded to George A. Strauss. The award to Dorothy Strauss was in the amount of $12,500.
The death complained of occurred in a one car "accident" on May 10, 1958, in the late afternoon...
