This suit was brought by the plaintiff, Mrs. Edna Mae Eubanks, a resident of Greenville, South Carolina, against the Louisiana-Mississippi Pipeline Construction Company of North Carolina, Incorporated, and Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Incorporated, both of which corporations are residents of other states. The court has jurisdiction under the diversity statute.
