This matter comes before the Court on application by petitioner for a writ of habeas corpus. On July 6, 1961, the Court issued an order to show cause why a writ of habeas corpus should not be issued herein, and a hearing was had thereon on July 14, 1961 in the Federal Building, Duluth, Minnesota.
