This is an action for personal injuries received by the plaintiff in a collision between his automobile and a truck driven by the appellant Skelton for the appellant Alterman Transport Lines, Inc. The accident took place in Alabama at the intersection of U.S. highway 82 and state highway 14. The truck was proceeding north on U.S. 82, and plaintiff was driving west on state highway 14, the entrance of which onto U.S. 82 was controlled by a stop sign...
