Plaintiff brought this suit in the circuit court of Wayne county for the purpose of obtaining a decree setting aside certain deeds of a lot in the city of Livonia. Said lot was purchased by plaintiff in June, 1954, from defendant Wilmington Apartment Company, the grantor being represented in the transaction by defendant Shafmaster.
