BLUMENFELD, District Judge.

The defendant moves for the return of the fruits of a search and the suppression of its use as evidence against him in any criminal proceedings alleging that the search warrant under which it was acquired was illegally issued.

The sole ground of attack made here is that there was insufficient cause for issuing the search warrant. The conditions upon which a warrant may issue are set forth in Rule 41(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal...
