This is an action brought pursuant to Sections 1336, 2284, and 2321-2325 of Title 28 U.S.C.A., to restrain, annul, enjoin, and set aside a cease and desist order of the Interstate Commerce Commission (hereinafter the Commission) dated February 21, 1961, entered in Docket No. MC-C-1775.
