This is an action of tort in which the plaintiff Evelyn Dias seeks to recover for personal injuries incurred when she fell while leaving a store named "Kramer's Delicatessen" rented to the defendant Nathan Kramer and located in a building owned by the defendant Sumner Woodrow. Her husband seeks to recover consequential damages resulting from the same injury.
