On October 30, 1959, appellant went to the home of his divorced wife, Betty Clokey, at three different times, the first time being about 3:00 o'clock P.M. Appellant stated that his reason for going to said home at that time was to check with his son regarding a hit and run charge which had been filed against appellant.
