Appellant herein was appointed as a bailiff of the common pleas court of the city of Detroit in 1941, and thereafter proceeded for a number of years to perform the duties of said office in connection with the service of process. By order of 3 judges of said court he was removed on January 27, 1960, and his name stricken from the list of bailiffs.
