1. Under the view we entertain of this case it is necessary only to consider the judgment overruling the plea to the jurisdiction and overruling the general demurrer attacking jurisdiction. If the petition states a cause of action in personam the court is without jurisdiction, and the court erred in overruling the plea to the jurisdiction and in overruling the general demurrer.
