Shirley Langston, a witness for the State, testified that prior to November 3, 1959, she had known the appellant for approximately two and a half years, during which time she had been his employee and had also dated him; that at about a week prior to the date in question she had seen the appellant in Judge Ragan's court as a result of the appellant...
