On appeal. The plaintiff appeals from an order of the Justice below granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. Action was brought by the plaintiff, Depositors Trust Company, against defendant, Maryland Casualty Company, to recover the sum of $57,505.72, which amount is claimed to be due and payable under the provisions of a certain "Bankers' Blanket Bond" issued by the defendant to the plaintiff.
