Plaintiff, Curto's, Inc. (Curto's) sues Krich-New Jersey, Inc. and three affiliate corporations (Krich), Radio Corporation of America (RCA) and Bruno-New York, Inc. (Bruno), charging a violation of Sections 1, 2 and 7 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, 15, note, and the matter is presently before this Court upon motion of RCA for summary judgment.
