Plaintiffs seek restitution of possession, recovery of damages for loss of rents and other relief pertaining to a house and tract of land in Laramie, Wyoming. Defendants were in possession of such property under a real estate sales contract dated March 5, 1954 between plaintiffs as sellers and the defendants as buyers.
