Appellant Oren Parameter sued his wife Edna Havens Parameter for divorce alleging that there was no community property to be divided. Appellee Edna Havens Parmeter filed an answer and a cross-action seeking a divorce in her own behalf and a division of the community property which she alleged had been accumulated during their marriage.
