The complaint alleges as follows: "Plaintiff, a duly licensed real estate saleslady, worked for the defendant, a duly licensed real estate broker, and as such brought about the sale of premises, 2315 Seymour Avenue, Bronx, New York, which sale was consummated on the 29th day of July, 1960."
