In a controversy over the sale of a tavern business, the buyer Pitarra sued for the return of his deposit and damages, and the seller Harry's Thrifty Tavern, Inc., filed a counterclaim for damages. The trial court, sitting without a jury, entered judgment for the buyer and dismissed the counterclaim.
