Defendants appeal from six judgments entered against them in favor of plaintiffs for a total sum of $16,000 upon verdicts returned by a jury.

This is a personal injury action arising out of an accident which occurred November 27, 1955, on an abandoned section of U.S. Highway 91, about 1 1/2 miles north of Paragonah, Utah.
