This is an action at law brought by Edith Wrona as plaintiff in the district court for Douglas County, against Fred A. Schrawger, defendant, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff when she was struck by an automobile driven by the defendant while she was crossing a street in a crosswalk in the city of Omaha. At the close of the plaintiff's case the defendant made a motion for a directed verdict in favor of the defendant...
