The Bracketts filed a proceeding under R.C.P. Rule 105 in the trial court to establish boundaries and adjudication of rights in real property against the Clevelands and others. After some preliminary proceedings the action was changed to one under the provisions of C.R.S. '53, 118-11-1 et seq. for the establishment of lost, destroyed and disputed corners and boundaries.
