Kate Timberlake recovered judgment in the sum of $6,000 for injuries sustained in a fall on the premises of J. W. Terry and his wife. On appeal, appellants contend that the appellee was a licensee and that she was guilty of contributory negligence or assumed the risk as a matter of law.
