Mrs. Martha Sale and her husband brought suit against W. H. Stanley and his daughter, Nancy J. Stanley Gammage, joining her husband, James E. Gammage, Jr. The object of the suit was to recover damages resulting to Mrs. Sale from injuries received by her when she, a pedestrian, and an automobile driven by Mrs. Gammage were in collision.
