This suit was instituted by appellees against appellants to remove cloud from the title to a tract of 320 acres (except 40 acres thereof), retained by appellant Hunt Oil Company out of the mineral lease referred to in the succeeding paragraph. The dispute has grown out of the proper construction of a settlement agreement disposing of a previous suit over whether there had been reasonable development of the leased premises.
