The court's jurisdiction herein is invoked under Title III of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 19591 (hereafter "the Act"). The plaintiff moved for a preliminary injunction to restrain the defendants and their agents "from imposing supervision over" the plaintiff and "from interfering with the lawful and proper actions of the officers and membership of" the plaintiff.
