In this case we are asked to determine the proper application of the statute of limitations in a situation wherein after a judgment was obtained in favor of a minor in a suit instituted by his next friend, an action by the minor to renew such judgment was made more than 10 years after the rendition of the judgment, but less than 10 years after the minor attained his majority.
