Mr. Chief Justice BLUME delivered the opinion of the court.

This is a case of workmen's compensation. Everett Smith, aged 20, worked for the National Tank Company from about the latter part of December 1957 to March 6, 1958. On March 6 he was injured in the course of his employment and died during the night, expiring on March 7, 1958. A claim for workmen's compensation was made by his wife, Eleanor. She was allowed by the court the sum of $7,000 as his surviving widow...
