BRUCE, Judge:

The respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax for the calendar year 1955 in the amount of $341.00. The questions presented are:

1) Whether respondent erred in disallowing a deduction in the amount of $390 claimed by petitioner for away-from-home expenses; and 2) Whether respondent erred in disallowing dependency exemptions claimed by petitioner for his wife, son and mother. ...
