This is an action of assumpsit to recover a broker's commission on a sale of real estate. Suit was begun by a writ of attachment dated October 20, 1953. The case was tried in the superior court before a justice thereof sitting with a jury and resulted in a verdict of $3,100 for the plaintiff.
