The plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of falling from a ladder while in defendants' employment. The defendants deny the charge of negligence alleged in the complaint, and further defend on the ground that the plaintiff signed an instrument by the terms of which plaintiff, for a consideration of $384, released defendants from all claims arising out of the accident.
