The facts in this controversy are not materially in dispute. In June, 1953, plaintiffs became the owners of a tract of land in defendant city, comprising approximately 89 acres. It is claimed that the consideration for the purchase was $440,000 and that the property was acquired with the purpose in mind of platting it.
