The appellees recovered judgment against appellant in the amount of $15,925 for damages to the Ruleville Lumber Company because of a fire which occurred on January 13, 1958. It was charged and proved that the Power Company was operating a high voltage electric line in proximity to the plant of the Ruleville Lumber Company without a proper circuit breaker or fuse which would cut off the electricity from said lines...
